Haymaker Restaurant, is looking for full-time Line Cooks for its soon-to-open restaurant in Uptown Charlotte.
Should have experience working all stations, including garde manger, saute, and grill. Must be knowledgeable of BOH operations – especially on-the-line communication and organization procedures (daily prep lists, follows recipes, FIFO, etc.)
Requires a minimum of two years’ professional kitchen experience.
