littleSpoon / Comida – BOH Positions

littleSpoon / Comida is hiring a variety of full-time and part-time BOH positions for this new dual-concept restaurant opening soon in Charlotte, NC.

Pastry Chef

Part-time with the opportunity to grow in to a full-time position. Will be responsible for pastry and dessert prep and production for both concepts. Must be able to take direction, but have confidence to share new and innovative desserts and pastry ideas.

Lead Line Cook

Full-time position. Responsibilities include assisting in prep and inventory and maintaining the standards set forth by the Executive Chef. Required to lead the upkeep of sanitation standards, and set up and break down each station before/after service. Must be able to write and mange a pre-sheet. Must be able to execute all stations on the line with consistency.

Line Cooks

Full and part-time positions available. Responsibilities include set-up and breakdown and par levels of your station, while maintaining appropriate sanitation standards. Must have at least one-year of experience on the line in an upscale dining environment.

Dishwasher/Prep Cook

Full and part-time positions available. Responsibilities will include dish washing, sanitation of kitchen equipment and assisting the entire staff with maintaining cleanliness standards. Prior restaurant experience is a must. Basic prep skills are required, including knife skills and an overall understanding of kitchen equipment.
