At Home with Heidi – Steakhouse Dinner Cooking Class

PCG member Heidi Billotto conducts this hands-on cooking class focusing on a meal just like the big steakhouses make. The class is a complete guide on how to properly cook a steak – featuring local grass-fed filets, ribeyes, T-bones, and New York strips – all from fellow PCG member Shelley Proffitt-Eagan of Proffitt Family Farms.
