PCG Members Alyssa Wilen, Andrew Wilen, and Emily Gantt will lead a Greek Cooking Class class for kids 7-18. The young chefs will be split up into smaller groups based on age and will learn to make a full Greek menu start to finish – using local and organic ingredients.
All young chefs will have a full meal to enjoy (leftovers to bring home too!) and a recipe book from the day.
