PCG Member Marc Jacksina and partner photographer/videographer Peter Taylor will be screening of episode 3.5 of their order/fire series of culinary profiles – hosted by members Jason and Sarah Alexander at Free Range Brewing.
This month, Marc sits down with miller Greg Johnsman of Geechie Boy Mill in Edisto Island, SC who mills chef-acclaimed grits and cornmeal using heirloom corn and antique gristmills.
Before the screening there will be a shrimp and Geechie Boy Grits bowl tasting and a raffle with all proceeds being donated to Crop Stories, a journal of farms, food and compelling narratives.
