Sugar Creek Brewing – Cherishing the Craft: Beer & Cheese Pairing

PCG Member Rachel Klebaur of Orrman’s Cheese Shop is teaming up with the folks at Sugar Creek Brewing in Charlotte for a beer and cheese tasting class. Joining Rachel weill be Joe Vogelbacher, Sugar Creek Brewing Co-Founder and Advanced Cicerone.
The evening includes a pre-class “beer hour” from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM, during which you’ll have the opportunity to mingle with and learn from Sugar Creek’s brewers.
The class will begin at 6:30 PM and will be structured in five tastings. For each tasting, Joe will educate the class about the beer and Rachel will discuss the cheese. Then the two will discuss what characteristics made each beer and cheese pair well together, to help you pair beer with cheese in the future.
