Rooster’s / Uptown – Line Cook

Rooster’s Uptown Charlotte location has an immediate need for a line cook to organize station and set up station for service.

Duties Include

  • Recipe and daily menu change execution within the station.
  • Cleaning and organzing station and also walk-in cooler with chefs.
  • Hot and cold line cooking, including sauce making, sausage making, and various cooking techniques.
  • Labeling food product and documenting product cookery/cooling procedures.

This is an entry-level position. Minimum one year of professional kitchen experience. Culinary school students will also be considered.
