Rooster’s in uptown Charlotte, NC, is looking for a full-time Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef with all facets of planning, preparation, and management.
- Invoicing, inventory procedures, food costing, vendor purchasing
- Scheduling and quality control
- Organizing kitchen operations daily / creating station prep lists
- Training all staff regarding menu changes
- Proper food handling and ability to execute service on any station
- Communication with leadership team regarding daily menu changes
Must have a minimum five years’ line cook experience, and/or previous Sous Chef experience.
