Rooster’s / Uptown – Sous Chef

Rooster’s in uptown Charlotte, NC, is looking for a full-time Sous Chef to assist the Executive Chef with all facets of planning, preparation, and management.

Duties Include

  • Invoicing, inventory procedures, food costing, vendor purchasing
  • Scheduling and quality control
  • Organizing kitchen operations daily / creating station prep lists
  • Training all staff regarding menu changes
  • Proper food handling and ability to execute service on any station
  • Communication with leadership team regarding daily menu changes

Must have a minimum five years’ line cook experience, and/or previous Sous Chef experience.
