Santé – Lead Line Cook

Santé, in Matthews, NC is a full-time Lead Line Cook. The successful candidate should have an understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures – as well as demonstrate accuracy and speed in executing assigned tasks.

Duties

  • Setting up and maintaining entrée station with all necessary supplies and food.
  • Preparing various foods for service using various cutting and cooking techniques.
  • Cooking menu items and daily specials with the rest of the kitchen staff.
  • Clean and breakdown station and help maintain clean standards of the rest of kitchen.

Must have proven, prior cooking experience as a line cook, fine dining preferred. Culinary degree preferred.
