Stoke in uptown Charlotte, NC, is looking for a full-time Junior Sous Chef to lead a team of 2-5 cooks, depending on shift – as well as serve as Sous Chef when the Chef de Cuisine isn’t present.

- Opening and closing shifts
- Prepare and supervise food according to recipes, quality standards, presentation standards
- Assist with menu development
- Weekly inventories / Gathering orders
- Monitor and assure overall kitchen sanitation and cleanliness
- Other duties as assigned
Must have a minimum four years fine or upscale casual kitchen experience, preferably in a high volume atmosphere.
