PCG Member Marc Jacksina and partner photographer/videographer Peter Taylor will celebrate its Season 3 Episode 7 screening and Pig Pickin’.
This month, Marc sits down with PCG Member Chef Steven Goff and talks about life riding the rails as a 15 year old teenager to now running successful restaurants from Asheville to Raleigh. Chef Goff is also integral to the Blind Pig Supper Club. Chef subscribes to a nose to tail philosophy, with passionate aversion to waste and a focus on sustainability.
Before and after the screening, there will be a chance to meet Chef Goff as he cooks a pig onsite at the brewery, Sides and help will be provided by the Community Culinary School of Charlotte (CCSC) – with all proceeds will go to support the school. CCSC is a culinary arts workforce training facility for at-risk adults.
