PCG Member Kate Brun is hosting a workshop on Fermentation, a subset of NC State University’s Plants for Human Health Institute (PHHI) Healthy Living series.
Through hands-on and instructional demonstration, the session will cover the basics of fermentation, including the health benefits and science behind it, while starting a Ginger Bug and Beet Kvass. This workshop will be led by Aubrey Mast, MPH. Aubrey is an Extension Associate in nutrition with the NC Cooperative Extension component of PHHI.
