PCG Members Gregory Collier, Michael Bowling, and Jamie Barnes are part of an eight-person chef/mixologist lineup for the second Soul Food Sessions dinner – an eight-course dinner with cocktail pairings featuring dishes from many parts of the African Diaspora – prepared by African-American chefs as well as African-American mixologist. Proceeds will be donated to sickle cell research.
