PCG Member Blake Hartwick is hosting a five-course wine pairing dinner featuring the wines of Switchback Ridge Winery in Napa Valley, California. Special guest, Switchback’s co-founder Kelly Peterson will be on hand to talk about the winery’s history as well as guide you through the evening’s selections.
