Heidi’s On The Farm Cooking Class at New Town Farms

PCG Member Heidi Billotto of Heidi Billotto Cooks teams up with Sammy Koenigsberg of New Town Farms for an on-the-farm cooking class. Class starts with a farm tour – where Sammy will talk about his farming philosophy and share what goes into growing sustainably-raised produce and proteins – and will move on to a four-course cooking class featuring all that New Town has in season.
Class participants will meet the chickens and the laying hens, then visit with the pigs before winding up in the kitchen.
Charlotte wine expert Josh Villapando of Assorted Table Wine Shoppe will be on hand to provide wine pairings with each course.
