PCG Member Marc Jacksina and partner photographer/videographer Peter Taylor are screening the episode 2.7 of order/fire – Charlotte’s original culinary documentary series – hosted by fellow member Jason Alexander at Free Range Brewing. Episode will feature guest pitmaster Sam Jones of Skylight Inn BBQ.
This will also their second annual pig pickin’- featuring a hog raised by PCG Member Chase Reynolds / Two Pigs Farm and prepared by Sam and Marc.
