PCG Executive Director Kris Reid of HAACP RAMPS joins PCG Member Megan Lambert of Johnson & Wales University in welcoming a gathering of of culinary industry professionals for a meet-and-greet with members of the Bread Bakers of America, following their day-long session at J&W – hosted by PCG Member Jason Alexander at Free Range Brewing.
Mix and mingle with noted bread makers, including Tara Jensen, a guest from Asheville who owns and operates Smoke Signals Baking which was featured in January 2017 issue of Bon Appétit.
