Starlight Meadow – 2017 Triad Local First Community Table

Each year in October, Triad Local First hosts a Community Table dinner, its only major fundraiser of the year. The dinner features locally sourced foods, wines, beer, and music under the stars, and highlights the talents of local farmers and chefs. A number of the PCG/Triangle members are taking part – including the event coordinator, PCG Member Mary Lacklen, Director of Restaurant Operations at Libby Hill Seafood in Greensboro.
The evening also includes an award presentation to the person and/or business that makes the Triad community unique and vibrant. The award recipient this year is PCG Member Mary Haglund of Mary’s Gourmet Diner.
