Free Range Brewing – order/fire – Travis Croxton (PCG Fundraiser)

PCG Member Marc Jacksina and partner photographer/videographer Peter Taylor will be screening of episode 3.3 of their order/fire series of culinary profiles – hosted by members Jason and Sarah Alexander at Free Range Brewing.
This month, Marc sits down with Travis Croxton, Co-owner of Rappahannock River Oysters in Topping VA and sat down with Travis Croxton. Travis will be on hand with a whole bunch of oysters, they will be roasted and shucked.
In addition, PCG Member Shane, the new Chef at Rocksalt will be there offering other tasty bits.
Free Range will be releasing, Sea Of Companions, an 8% Carolina Oyster Stout made with RRO oysters!
Cost: $12.00 gets you six oysters and your choice of three sauces. All proceeds will be donated to PCG.
Tickets wil be on pre-sale at Free Range Brewing starting Friday, 10/27.
There will also be limited tickets for sale the day of the event.
