Heidi’s On The Farm Cooking Class at Proffitt Family Cattle

PCG Member Shelley Proffitt of Proffitt Family Cattle Co. teams up with fellow member Heidi Billotto of Heidi Billotto Cooks for a farm tour and cooking class at the Proffitt Family Farm in Kings Mountain, NC.
The class begins with a toast an appetizer and proceeds with a short walking tour of the Farm to see the cow herd, horses, and chickens.
The group will then return to the house where Heidi Billotto will walk you through preparing 4 – 5 beefy dishes using Shelley’s beef. You’ll sample a tapas size portion of each with wine pairings.
Both beef and wines will be available for purchase at the end of the class.
