At the 2018 Food and Beverage Symposium, PCG is offering free FOH training for up to three members of your staff, taught by fellow member Deet Gilbert.
For front-of-house managers, restaurant servers, and those in a position to train FOH team members. The skills acquired at this workshop are designed to “train-the-trainer”.
This 90-minute workshop advances the awareness of the importance of service, strengthen your servers skill set, and give your FOH team the tools needed to provide a higher level of service in your establishment.
Focusing on both the soft skills and hard skills necessary for FOH staff, it will include practical, hands-on training, as well as provide a blueprint for your management team to make service training an ongoing process.
This training will help your staff acquire valuable skills and elevate their level of service. Managers and trainers will leave with tools they can use to increase the confidence and skills of your FOH team.
Successful application of this training should result in improved service, happier staff, less turnover and an increase in return guests.
There is no charge for this – another benefit of your PCG Professional Membership!
Class size is limited. Please limit registrations to those you know are definitely able to attend.
Deet Gilbert is one of only a handful of women in the country to hold the Federation of Dining Room Professionals top certification, Hospitality Grand Master.
