PCG Professional Member Application – Open Enrollment

Piedmont Culinary Guild is currently accepting Professional Membership applications without requiring a sponsor.

Applicants will still be vetted under the following guidelines:

  • You must be a working chef, farmer, food artisan, brewer, winemaker, food provisioner, culinary educator, or related full-time food or beverage professional doing business in or through the Piedmont region of North Carolina or South Carolina.
  • You must have demonstrated the dedication to supporting and sustaining the local food environment in our region, as outlined in the PCG Pledge.
  • You must have demonstrated superlative skills within your respective profession.

If you meet the above criteria, please fill out the application below. If verified and approved, you will receive a formal invitation for Professional Membership.

PCG Memberships are individual, not company-based. We ask that you provide your personal, not business, eMail and mailing address.

Our mission is to strengthen the region’s local chef and culinary community by sharing resources, educating, and establish recognition for our chefs and farmers.

PCG Member Pledge

As a member of the Piedmont Culinary Guild, I pledge to:

  • Support farmers, food artisans and restaurants producing and selling local sustainable foods within the Piedmont region.
  • Adapt my purchasing habits to source sustainable local foods whenever possible.
    Promote the goals and activities of the PCG within my community.
  • Share my expertise to spread the message of local sustainable food to my colleagues, students, and patrons.
  • Seek to make connections with other businesses and individuals likely to support the mission of the Piedmont Culinary Guild.
