The Carolina Jubilee Festival in Harmony, NC is a music festival to benefit the Carolina Farm Trust, designed to purchase at-risk farm land to lease to farmers at a low cost in North and South Carolina – providing a way to support for the Farm to-Table Initiative with locally produced food and beverages. PCG Member Elizabeth Anne Dover of The Farm at Dover Vineyards sits on the Carolina Trust Board. Fellow member Chef Clark Barlowe of Heirloom Restaurant is supervising the food.
In addition to the music, local and regional farms will be represented and education will be provided on the importance of the industry and its sustainability.
