Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen – New Years Eve Tapas Tasting

PCG Professional Members Alyssa and Andrew Wilen are hosting a unique version of their nationally recognized cooking classes with a special New Year’s Eve class and tasting. The menu is an elevated surf and turf with seasonal ingredients and sustainably-sourced proteins.
The setup is different than their traditional cooking classes. Guests will rotate through each station and cook their own dish in a fun, interactive, and free-flowing event.
Event begins at 9pm with light snacks. Stations will be open from 9:30 pm to 11:30 pm and then guests will gear up for a midnight toast. Dessert Bar and Prosecco Toast included in ticket price.

Crispy Pork Belly Carolina Grit Cakes, Good Luck Black Eyed Peas, Aji Dulce Barbeque
Menu is gluten-free except for the Lobster Mac-N-Cheese. There will be gluten-free snacks and desserts. There are no vegetarian substitutes available for this menu.
Ticket Cost: $100.00.
Only 55 spots available. BYOB is not allowed. Beer and wine bar open until midnight.
