PCG Member George Smith of Copper Barrel Distillery has partnered with Elsewhere on 10th in North Wilkesboro, NC for their very first in a series of cocktail classes. Guest mixologist Rich Orrey will teach you how to create three signature cocktails using Copper Barrel moonshine.
These sophisticated moonshine-based cocktails will feature elements such as a blackberry & black peppercorn shrub, homemade pomegranate molasses, and xocolatl mole bitters. Prizes will be awarded to the students who mix up the best version of each Copper Barrel Shinetail. Hors d’oeuvres will also be provided.
