PCG Members Greg Collier, Michael Bowling, and Jamie Barnes are hosting Soul Food Sessions – a celebration of Black chefs and a discussion of African American cuisine. Each course of the four-course dinner will be preceded by a small appetizer. BYOB.
Proceeds will benefit Community Culinary School of Charlotte, a non-profit organization that provides job training and job search assistance in the food service industry for adults who have faced barriers in gaining successful employment.
