7th Street Public Market – Farm-to-Table Cooking with Dover Vineyards

PCG Member Elizabeth Anne Dover leads an intimate class, teaching a four-course meal using produce in season. This hands-on class will be making: salad, carrot soup, squash and mushroom fettuccini, and apple pie. An intimate kitchen setting allows participants to watch the menu being prepared, ask questions, and take part in the action.
Ticket includes dinner; one drink ticket redeemable for wine, beer or pressed juice; recipes; and a 7th Street Public Market apron to take home.
