Earl’s Grocery – Mixology with Bob Peters: Valentine’s Day Cocktails

PCG Member Bonnie Warford hosts fellow member, nationally acclaimed mixologist Bob Peters, for a monthly demonstration class on mixology at Earl’s Grocery in Charlotte.

This month, Bob celebrates Valentine’s Day with three cocktails for three Valentine’s moods:

1. A Chocolate Cocktail for true sweethearts.
2. A Champagne Cocktail for classic romanticists.
3. A Bitter Cocktail – as dark and biting as your ex’s heart.

Admission is free, but seating is very limited. Must be 21 or over.

Note: This is usually one of the most highly attended classes of the year. So it’s recommended you come early and enjoy an Earl’s lunch before the session begins.
