PCG Member Marc Jacksina and partner photographer/videographer Peter Taylor will be screening of episode 3.2 of their order/fire series of culinary profiles – hosted by members Jason and Sarah Alexander at Free Range Brewing.
Marc sits down with 2017 NC Pastry Chef of the Year Chef and PCG Member Ann Marie Stefaney of Heirloom. Chef Ann Marie is responsible for the daily bread service, cheese, and dessert courses of Heirloom’s nightly menu. She is instrumental in furthering both the ethical and creative vision of Heirloom restaurant.
She is a graduate of Johnson and Wales University in Charlotte, NC with a Bachelor’s in Foodservice Management as well as Associate Degrees in both Culinary Arts and Pastry Arts. Chef Ann Marie also has a number of Food Network appearances.
Before and after the screening, meet Chef Ann Marie, sample some her bread and pastry creations, plus enter a raffle to benefit the Chefs Collaborative. Raffle prizes include a gift bag from the Chefs Collaborative and Heirloom Restaurant gift cards.
