PCG Member Marc Jacksina and partner photographer/videographer Peter Taylor are hosting the episode 2.3 screening of their order/fire series of culinary profiles at Free Range Brewing, Sunday Nov. 6, 2016 at 1pm.
This episode has Marc discussing cooking, diversity, and the local food scene with fellow PCG member Greg Collier and his wife Subrina of At Dawn and The Yolk restaurants.
There will be a chance to sample Greg’s cooking skills in a chicken cook-off with Jacksina, featuring chickens donated by Springer Mountain Farms. Before and after the screening, meet Greg and Subrina Collier and have a plate of chicken and fixins’. Sides and help will be provided by Community Culinary School of Charlotte (CCSC). Suggested donations are $10/plate, and all proceeds will go to support the school. CCSC is a culinary workforce training facility for at-risk adults.
“We are looking forward to working with Marc and Greg to knock out some killer food.” said CCSC Chef /Culinary Instructor and PCG Member Geoff Bragg.
Cost: Free for the viewing. Suggested donation of $10.00 for chicken dinner.
