PCG Member Marc Jacksina and partner photographer/videographer Peter Taylor are kicking off Season 3 with the screening of episode 3.1 of their order/fire series of culinary profiles – hosted by members Jason and Sarah Alexander at Free Range Brewing.
Marc sits down with 2017 NC Chef of the Year Chef Matthew Krenz of The Asbury at The Dunhill Hotel. Chef Krenz will be there for a meet and greet while also making some Krenz Ranch beef tacos. There will be plenty of the Free Range/order/fire beer coloboration ‘Special Order’ available as well.
Cost: Free for the viewing. Raffle tickets: $10.00 each.
