PCG Professional Member William Dissen of Haymaker hosts fellow PCG Members, Paul Verica, The Stanley; Joe Kindred, Kindred, and Greg Collier, The Yolk / Leah & Louise; along with Haymaker’s Chef Charlotte Jenkins for a five-course dinner with wine pairings.
The evening will commence with a cocktail reception including hors d’oeuvres and handcrafted cocktails, followed by a seated five-course dinner. Proceeds will benefit The James Beard Foundation.
