Heidi’s On The Farm Cooking Class at Windcrest Farm Organics

PCG Member Heidi Billotto of Heidi Billotto Cooks teams up with fellow members Mary Roberts of Windcrest Farm Organics and Ann Jacks of Grass-Fed Productions for an on-the-farm cooking class. Class starts with a farm tour and move on to a four-course cooking class featuring Windcrest organic produce and Grass-Fed Productions cultured butter and ghee – as well as grass-fed bone broth. We’ll also taste Grass-Fed’s grass-fed beef jerky and gluten-free crackers.
Charlotte wine expert Josh Villapando of Assorted Table Wine Shoppe will be on hand to provide a Springtime wine pairings with each course.
