Heirloom – order/fire Collaborative Dinner featuring Chef Keith Rhodes

PCG Member Clark Barlowe is teaming with order/fire to host a six-course NC seafood collaborative dinner at Heirloom Restaurant along with fellow member Greg Collier (The Yolk), and the evening’s featured chef, Keith Rhodes of Catch in Wilmington, NC.
Chef Keith was voted Wilmington’s best chef for four consecutive years and has been nominated by the James Beard Foundation as a finalist for Best Southeast Chef. He’s also well known for participating on Bravo TV’s Top Chef season 9. Chef Keith focuses on local ingredients to support the NC seafood market. When he’s not running a kitchen, he’s involved in outreach projects that serve local children, as well as mentoring up-and-coming young chefs.
The dinner will also feature beer pairings from Free Range Brewing.
Proceeds from the evening will benefit Chef Keith’s preferred organization, the Autism Society of NC. Chef Keith will also be the March 2018 guest on OrderFire S3E6.
