Piedmont Culinary Guild is teaming with the Charlotte SHOUT! festival to bring you an evening of local food – and a look at what it costs to get that food to you. Twelve PCG chefs will be working in two-chef teams to bring you not only an amazing flavor experience, but an in-depth look into the margins of dishes you eat at the establishments sourcing ingredients locally and with integrity.
