A host of PCG Members and other local culinary professionals have teamed up for the 8th Annual Sweet Escapes – a chocolate-centered fundraising event to benefit Community Link of Charlotte.
Area Chefs, Pastry Chefs, Chocolatiers, and Bakers, in collaboration with local farmers & food artisans, will create sweet and savory dishes – as well as chocolate showpieces – all featuring locally grown/produced ingredients.
The evening will also feature live music, beer & wine, as well as live & silent auctions.
Proceeds from the evening will fund the organization’s homeless-to-housing programs – helping those in our area who are homeless (or in danger of becoming homeless) obtain and sustain safe, decent, and affordable housing.
