A host of PCG Members and other local culinary professional have teamed up for Sweet Escapes – a chocolate-centered event to benefit Community Link of Charlotte, an organization whose mission it is to help the working homeless (or those in danger of becoming homeless) secure safe, decent and affordable housing.
Now in its sixth year, this event will feature a baker’s dozen of the area’s best chefs using Callebaut chocolates in combination with local ingredients sourced from PCG member farmers and artisans to create incredible desserts and savory bites.
