PCG Member Heidi Billotto of Heidi Billotto Cooks teams up with fellow member Mary Roberts of Windcrest Farm Organics to celebrate this year’s ginger harvest.
Class will kick off with an appetizer and aperitif, followed a tour of Windcrest Farm.
Then to the greenhouse/tent (depending on the weather) kitchen to cook with all of Windcrest Farm’s local, certified organic produce – creating a four-course meal with USDA Certified Organic baby ginger as the star.
Fresh baby ginger will be available for sale at this event.
