Learn about the man and his journey and why so many local chefs are completely in love with his produce!

Cost to attend this screening is included in your Symposium registration fee – which includes a meal prepared by PCG members and your first beverage.
However, everyone is invited to celebrate the evening (and the food & drink!) with us for a cost of only $10.00. (Pay at the door).
