PCG Members Shai Fargian of Yafo Kitchen and Chris Coleman of Stoke are collaborating on a five-course meal inspired by their shared appreciation of bold flavors, cultured cuisine, and local ingredients. A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Piedmont Culinary Guild.
Cocktails and passed hors d’oeuvres will be served before being seated for the first course at 7:00pm Both Chefs will be sharing the narrative of the dishes as you dine.
