Taste what tomorrow’s chefs are cooking today. During the Spring 2016 semester, PCG Member Terra Ciotta and The Art Institute of Charlotte will have the school’s restaurant, The Artisan, open for dinner service. This session’s culinary students will be preparing multi-course, refined dinners. Prices are À la carte.
