DESCRIPTION:PCG Members Lara Hicks and Paul Fleuret of Project 658 in Charlotte will be hosting Chefs for Change – a bi-annual four-course farm-to-fork dinner dinner to support the organization’s culinary school. \nFour times per year\, eight culinary students\, mostly refugees or under-privileged\, are put through a twelve-week culinary course and then offered job placement. The class is free of charge for students. Income from Chefs for Change dinners helps fund the school.
