PCG Members Gregory Collier, Michael Bowling, and Jamie Barnes are part of an eight-person chef/mixologist lineup for the second Soul Food Sessions dinner - an eight-course dinner with cocktail pairings featuring dishes from many parts of the African Diaspora. Proceeds will be donated to sickle cell research.
