PCG Member Amy Thrift Thames is hosting a Farm Day pop-up market at Thames Farm in Fort Lawn, SC. From Sausage to Goat Cheese to Kale to Honey to Quilts to Candles, and more. The pop-up farmers market will feature locally raised meats and cheeses - as well as local artisans selling various craft goods.
