PCG Member Bonnie Warford hosts fellow member Bob Peters of The Punch Room for a monthly demonstration class on mixology at Earl’s Grocery in Charlotte.
This month, Bob is joined by PCG Member Jesse Leadbetter, co-founder of Freshlist to show how to pick out the freshest herbs, fruits, and vegetables – and how incorporate them into your cocktails.
Jesse will also be discussing Freshlist’s new home/office delivery service – bringing the farmers market to you, featuring a growing network of nearly 100 local and regional producers.
Jesse also co-operates Soulshine Organics, an urban farm one mile from Earl’s Grocery where he grows a wide variety of local produce, raises a mixed flock of hens, and manages a couple of beehives.
Admission is free, but seating is very limited. Must be 21 or over.
