Chef Alyssa’s Kitchen – Kids Greek Cooking Class
PCG Members Alyssa Wilen, Andrew Wilen, and Emily Gantt will lead a Greek Cooking Class class for kids 7-18. The young chefs will be split up into smaller groups based on age and will learn to make a full Greek menu start to finish – using local and organic ingredients.
Johnson & Wales – Food Truck Owner Meet Up
PCG Member Quientina Stewart will be leading a presentation and discussion at Johnson & Wales University’s Uptown Charlotte campus on the study done last year about “Charlotte’s Food Truck Frenzy”. Discussion will center on what’s working in the industry and sought-after changes.
