Gallery Restaurant at The Ballantyne Hotel is hiring a Chef de Cuisine to leading a team consisting of 15+ hourly employees, supported by two hourly sous chefs and one salaried sous chef.

Duties include running the fine dining Gallery Restaurant – a three meal a day restaurant that also supports hotel room service.

Candidates must have experience as a sous chef or above and ability to demonstrate skills with a tasting.
